Kim Kardashian Is Confident In Her Skin As She Steps Out In a Short Skirt exposing Spots Of Her Psoriasis

 

She recently revealed her agony after discovering she was a sufferer of the skin condition psoriasis.
But Kim Kardashian was confident in her skin today, as she stepped out in a super short skirt, which exposed small spots of the irritation.
The red rash were clearly not getting the 30-year-old down as she and her fiancé Kris Humphries filmed their reality show in Los Angeles.

Kim paired her flirty flip skirt with a black and white striped top and a cropped denim jacket.

She further accentuated her toned legs with some black bow Christian Louboutin stilettos .
Kim was all smiles as she took takes for reality show with her giant basketballer fiancé Kris.
The 6 ft 9 New Jersey Nets player appeared to be struggling to get out of the white Rolls Royce that he pulled up in.
Kim revealed to millions of viewers in an episode of her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians over the weekend that she had developed the skin disease, psoriasis.
As a result the reality star gets an angry red rash, first on her legs, that soon spreads all over her body.
After seeing her dermatologist, Kim panicked when she researched the condition on the internet and realised her entire body could end up covered in the painful patches.
'My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots,' she  cried. 'People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect.'
'When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?'
The hereditary disease was passed down to Kim from her mother Kris Jenner.
'I got it for the first time when I was exactly your age,' Kris told her distraught daughter on the show. 'I cried myself to sleep for months.'
Kim's doctor told her the condition is incurable, and the best way to manage it is to lead a 'slower-paced life.'

But she is adamant, saying: 'It's just not possible.'
In the episode, filmed in April, Kim started to panic about an ad campaign for Skechers Shape Ups, for whom she is a spokesperson.
'I have to wear a sports bra and I have this rash all over my stomach,' she cried. 'What will the producers say? In a photoshoot they can just photo-shop it out but this is on video. They can't hide this.'

As her main source of income is from modelling and red carpet appearances, Kim was certain her career has come crashing down around her.
Meanwhile, today, Kim's sister Kourtney went for a more dressed down look as she took her one-year-old son Mason to a Barnes and Noble book store in Calabasas, California.
The 32-year-old wore black scalloped-edge shorts for the occasion which she paired with a white t-shirt.

The couple are planning to wed on August 20 in a lavish ceremony in front of over 1,000 guests.
The wedding will be aired on E! either in the family's reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians or in a one-off special.
