Kourtney Kardashian heads out to a newsstand to pick up some magazines and snacks before heading back to her hotel. Kourtney and her sisters are currently in New York filming new episodes of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" and promoting their new fashion line, The Kardashian Kollection.
