Of all the criticisms levied at the Kardashian machine, the most persistent is that the family's relentless output is contributing to a moribund intellectual culture.Critics frequently slam the family's all consuming materialism and lack of awareness of current affairs and the arts.
But the youngest member of the clan, 22-month-old Mason Disick, the son of eldest sister Kourtney, 32 , and boyfriend Scott, 28 , may just surprise them all.

The little one was spotted yesterday leaving an art cafe in the bohemian Tribeca district of New York after a painting session.
And the fruits of his labour could be clearly made out in the hands of Kourtney's friend and Kardashian make-up artist Joyce Bonelli.
Though still to hit his two year landmark, Mason seems to have a flair for expressing himself with a paint brush.
In fact, the work he's already produced wouldn't look out of place in some collections of modern art.
It's one area the Kardashian juggernaut has yet to spread it's trademarked tentacles into, after all, but they'll no doubt get there.

His mother could be seen carrying her petit Picasso as he refreshed himself after his toil by sucking on a juice box at one point.

Though her talented son was keen to walk on his own after producing a flurry of masterpieces on canvas.

Kourtney was obviously making the most of her last few days in New York, before heading back to the less cosmopolitan Los Angeles.

The family are packing up to leave Manhattan after three months in the city, amidst rumours that Kim's two month old marriage to Kris Humphries, 26 , is floundering.
But the show must go on, and the family will be celebrating Kim's 31st birthday today on the East Coast.
Tomorrow they will head to Las Vegas for the first of what is expected to be many parties.

She sported a beige trench coat as she continued to film segments for her new reality show with long-term boyfriend Scott Disick.
