Kim Kardashian Goes Green As She Plugs Melon Liqueur In New TV Ad

Viewers of her reality TV shows know Kim Kardashian rarely drinks, claiming she 'hates' the taste of alcohol.
So its surprising to see the socialite sipping cocktails in the latest advertising campaign for melon liqueur Midori.
The 31-year-old was dressed in a Midori-green top as she shot a TV commercial in Los Angeles yesterday.

Uploading photos of herself on location at the Akasha restaurant in Culver City, she said: 'Up early shooting a Midori commercial today! The bed felt so good, I didn't want to wake so soon but #EarlyBirdGetstheWorm.
'I spy Midori green everywhere!'

 

The reality star finally wrapped the TV ad on Thursday evening after a long day filming, declaring: '
That's a wrap! Midori shoot is done!'

Kim has been working with Midori since last year and dressed as Poison Ivy for a Hallowe'en party sponsored by the drinks firm last October.
However, Kim has made no secret of her nearly teetotal behaviour and tried to resist getting drunk on her 30th birthday party.
In an interview last year, she said: 'I do not drink alcohol at all. My sisters drink, so when they get a little crazy, I am there to pull them down.

'Well, I've never really been a drinker. I hate the taste of alcohol.'
Kim's lack of attraction to alcohol is surprising given the amount of nightclubs she attends.
But a majority of her 'clubbing' tend to be paid public appearances to generate publicity for the venues.
